I have a 2 smart phones one is a high end samsung Galaxy s3 other a samsung mini low end and a samsung tablet 2 all perfectly connecting to internet when DT

Any ideas?

I can get internet access again when i restart the computer

Try disabling the power saving features for your network adaptor. Some drivers just don't handle it well, see here for instructions
