Having Trouble paying Gas and Electric Bills don't know what to do?

    Hi my situation is this i have a balance of 
    • €255.69  electricity account
    • €401.73  gas account
    [*]


    I haven't been paying them regular as I was ill and now i don't know how i am going to pay them. My income is 200 a week out of that I have 75 on rent 25 on petrol and after that i left with 100 euros to by food and any thing else thats needed. Any ideas I have gone for a few job interviews and I am hopefull that I will have a new job soon but by the time I have a regular income it will be mid september which might be too late and I might be cut off by then. Thanks in advance

    We fully recognise and understand that customers are not always in a position to pay bills by their due date, so contacting us, as you have done, is the recommended thing to do.

    If you private message one of your Electric Ireland account numbers, confirm that you are the named account-holder, and provide your name/address and the contact telephone number on your account, we will look into this for you further.
