    i have added a favicon to my website. It shows up in Firefox and Chrome just as i wanted. I was at a mates house and he opened it on Internet Explorer, but Internet Explorer does not show the favicon, i cleared his cache and then viewed IE's source code and the code is there, but it still did not show the favicon.

    As i said, couldn't care less about IE, but i'm curious why the code does not work on IE.
