Got the above message yesterday when all of a sudden my laptop running Windows 7 and my iPhone 4S both stopped being able to connect to the office Wi-Fi.

I've found a post on the Apple support forum for some things to try and solve the connection issue on my iPhone but it looks a lot more complicated trying different things to get my laptop to connect again...

Have bookmarked a few things to try after Googling the problem, but any suggestions or advice on here would be appreciated.

Well if two devices suddenly stopped connecting to a network surely that would suggest something has changed with the network rather than with the devices?
