Not many 89 rated players available in the game though. Will instantly improve my first team anyway if I get him.

Dave Shadow steered Tottenham Hotspur to victory against Real Madrid.
Tottenham Hotspur beat Real Madrid 3 - 1 in their Friendly fixture.
Eto\'o scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Vertonghen and Diouf were also amongst the goalscorers.

Very happy with that, given it was a test of a new formation. Diouf with a goal and two assists. Nice.

Think I'll try this formation against Napoli tomorrow.

My new keeper had a HOWLER (Rating of 5). I think Casillas will be keeping his 1st team spot and will be staying with my club for another while.

Long was also on the scoresheet for his side.

Would be nice if this success in friendlies would transfer into any sort of league form.

I personally take no notice of player ratings in friendlies ... friendlies are just there to keep me entertained
