did I say it was a rule, I mean with the price players are fetching 1.5x face value is not waaay off! :rolleyes:

So Lukaku at chelsea, not his first choice striker but certainly a strong backup should go for something between face value and less than 1.5x that value? I'd pay 2-3times his value, backup or no.

Surely it depends on the team that is purchasing the player to decide on his importance??!?

If I didnt have 3 88 rated strikers already if have paid 12 him.... hence worth what another manager is willing to pay.

And I think he is cheap at that, ive been offered more for Jo and turned it down! Worth 12 all day long....
