Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Real, Barca and Bayern have all had changes in the last few weeks... So people are coming and going and people are getting chances to move, no need to ask anyone to step down

    Good, neither am I :)

    i was at bayern

    all three different circumstances
Real - new job or something/no time
    Barca - didn't really play i think
Bayern - i decided to let someone else have a go with them

So what do you suggest or what's your point? I seem to be missing it.

You don't think he should step down if he's relegated or you do?

What does it matter how it came about, my point was that people at lower clubs are getting the chance to manage bigger clubs

you said you think you 'deserved' the move, i agree but deserves got nothin to do with it :pac:

my point is they won't get the move unless it's under special circumstances, that guy at barca before could've been a dick & logged in once every 30 days
or i could've stayed at bayern and you'd never gotten the move to the bigger club, etc. There's no guarantee for anyone to get a chance with a big club, deserves or not

i wouldn't be in favour of forcing people out - no, but after a season or two i suppose people could've a look at it - assess themselves

Don't think I am gonna get promoted this season so willing to trade all my highest rated players for young starlets(80+) at the end of the season and go for a different approach next season. If anyone is interested let me know.

P.s, I don't want any random young players either, they have to be somewhat known.

    Schalke

    7 games to go.

I've decided I'll be shopping Bale round at the end of the season. I offered him for Ronaldo, and as has happened with other deals, I find that since I came to terms with losing him then, I can come to terms with losing him in a bid to strengthen my team. God knows with him right now, the best I can get is in that 5-10th range, so may as well make a move and see if I can get two players for him in the window.

Probably be looking for a midfielder and a winger, both in their 90s, cause I think Bale will keep rising at Madrid now. May also take a striker if anyone wants to offer me a CM or Winger for Eto'o. But I'm happy with my defence and my goalkeeper, so won't be looking at deals in those departments. Will also likely give a week's notice whereby people can put in their bids over a 7 day period and I'll make them public, and people can decide if their offers are stronger than each others ;)

If I'm going to whore him round, I'm going to do it right :P

Sir Bobby Robson earned a draw with FC Porto against Atlético Madrid.

The match ended 0 - 0 between FC Porto and Atlético Madrid in their Division 1 fixture.

Romero had an impressive game and was voted Man of the Match.

Back into second but without a vital player for 3 games.

James Mcconville steered Hamburg to victory against Olympique Lyonnais.
Hamburg beat Olympique Lyonnais 3 - 1 in their Division 3 fixture.
Hunt scored a goal and was later voted Man of the Match for his performance.
Tévez and Navas were also amongst the goalscorers.

Neil McDonald was unable to prevent a Spartak Moskva defeat to Ajax.
Spartak Moskva slumped to a 3 - 0 defeat to Ajax in their Division 2 fixture.

    Everton 2-1 Paris St Germain.

WOOHOO! Team in first beaten by the bottom team!

That's 3 wins out of the last 4 (would have been 4 out of 4 if I hadn't conceded a late equaliser against Bayern) and my Everton team are only 5 points from safety.

Of my last 6 games to play, 5 of them are against teams who are 14th place or lower in the league, its going to be a great scrap to avoid relegation!
