I don't think Mac can physically change the rules until turn one of season 3. They can only be changed once a season.

And that's not nessecarily saying I need one in p/e. I've got cash offers in on a few and have been contacting mangers, but no one wants to sell strikers.

Being honest, I'd accept any of the bids if I thought I could use said cash to buy another striker. Its a vicious cycle, I guess. Like, I get the feeling its not that some people aren't open to selling certain players. Its just a fear of getting cash and not being able to use it.

Which is why I said I'd sleep on it.

But since my main aim now is to strengthen my team, don't want a position where my first team striker is rated 87.

I want to know for sure I can get a striker who is a step sideways at least; not someone more likely to hit a drop than Hernandez...
