I keep looking at higher rated players and think of p/x-ing either Mbiwa or N'koulou, but just like you said above, no point bringing in a 91 striker and being stuck with an 87 MC ....

Joint highest earning player, not going to be playing this season so wanted to move him on and I got to help someone out in the process.

Ok, so that looks like it's the end of the sexy south american sale.

Decided to keep Perez as he covers centre mid, attacking mid and both wings and will be a good rotation option for young, kaka, pandev, bradley and veloso, which I will need.

Hopefully I can get one or two more players in and I'll be happy.

Gotta say a big thanks to PSV (& Porto for that matter!!!!) on this one, seems to be getting game time under Sherwood who is there for the next 18 months so should see a rise in him sooner rather than later!!

Either way, one for the future!
