Trying to offload Dida. There are no takers, he's 39 after all. Same with Ze Roberto and Cris, 39 and 36 and no takers. Can I do anything besides let them rot?

Put them on the transfer list and an external club might pick them up

The main thing that still pisses me off about this game is that youth players in real life aren't added to to the youth team in the game. It makes a whole lot of sense instead of putting them in as free agents.

One of the main reasons I picked PSV when this game world was getting under way was because of the youth setup.

Might send them another email suggesting it

Tried releasing them but wasn't allowed. Guess I'll just have to wait for them to sell in the mean time but I doubt it will happen, can't see anyone paying £5m for a 39yr old

I wouldn't open with an offer like that, obviously I'd go in with a much lower offer, but I think some teams would pay that for a 91 rated striker on his way to Juventus in real life.

Yea he is a good player, i put a bid in for him and thats my max for him so see how it goes but i wont hold my breath.

Got a replacement for Van Bommel in Mauricio Isla. He'll play DM for the time being but I think his future will be at RB. Hoping to tie up one more player and that'll be my spending done for the summer.

Got myself a nice 87 rated striker on loan,that will do nicely as im ***** for cover!!! this season marks a new era for sunderland Afc no more,89 and 90 rated old lads,from now on im buying youth,WBA did good enough last season with fairly young low rated young players and im looking to copy that,and if i dont and get relegated,then at least next season i could actually win something the D2 league so either way its good!
