I started one and lost interest mainly because there's no real contact and banter* with other managers.

*i hate the word banter but couldn't think of anything different

I did the same, but pulled out after a couple weeks. If this thread ever died, I think I'd stop playing too..

He'll be at 90 for at least another game year. I know the Brazilian league is of a far lower quality but he's doing extremely well over there.

Need to build out the squad, while not in the worst shape it needs a little bit of class and a number of good squad options. A year of consolidation ahead.

I've just put Maicon, Abidal and Campagnaro on the 'Unavailable' list. Sorry to the guys that were interested, and I should have done this before putting up above post.

I will consider offers on others, but as I've said before it has to put me in a position that I can improve. Thanks.

the world GWs like ours are shít i find. It didn't even take a season for the market to go nuts

the trouble is everyone is a big club, some far bigger than others but you'd call 90% big clubs.
big clubs have the best players anyway, no one wants to sell them then & the smaller clubs in the GW will find it hard to get them, they've big stadiums too which means loads of money but it's useless

Mr. C. Magoo gave you the updates SM put in to combat hoarding, etc. but that woun't effect our GW because of the type of it

normal country leagues are better for longer because you've really small clubs, where money matters for longer - imagine starting with a team with a 3k stadium, about mid 70 rated player that = a small club - there's big teams in them leagues too but not near as many, meaning more teams get a chance to buy the better players off the external teams

i'd say most teams in our GW are making money over the two week period (home game, away game) that's not a good sign
