As in for an example I put in a bid for Herrera;) and it goes through ok and the Bilbao manager tries to accept it but he gets a message saying the Newcastle chairman isn't happy with this deal

it happened between me (bayern) & udinese for damaio, something close to that anyway.
i countered and he couldn't accept, what i countered was the max he could pay

knock it down a few k & it'll go through, i think it 36 or 136k in that case :pac:

Has anyone's chairman suddenly put very tight restrictions on what they can offer? Tried to bid for one 88 Def worth around 8m and my max bid was 10.25m?

Usually able to offer at least double the value! My chairman is killing me :mad:

Also, when i'm here, a good few managers get stick for transfer dealings on this so i'd just like to say fair play to the Udinese manager, top guy to deal with and the transfer negotiations couldn't have went much smoother!
