Cork city council rent to buy?

Hi not sure what scheme exactly it is just wondering does anyone have any info they can give me or point me in the right direction where to look, heard you can buy houses as such from the city council by giving a 5 grand deposit and then paying rest in rent? Is this the case? Heard there was some going up cathedral road…

Heard of the scheme ages ago but don't know anyone who has actually done it.. i can imagine if tis the council there is probably some catch
