has any one ever tryed anything like this? reckon i mite give it a go for month of sept. now when they say the 10lbs of muscle in a month i know my self i anyway wont do it because my diet could be cleaner and i enjoy a pint at the weekend.
it an intresting concept tho, and even if it dosent work sure im still lifting for the month just in a diff routine and even for a month it will break up the normal stuff

    what do ye think guys?

Time under tension is a very important factor of most training programs, which is pushed under the carpet by a lot of coaches.

I used to ignore counting tempo's and the like for years but now I've swung back the other way and am totally in favour of tempo counting for all accessory lifts. Max effort lifts not so much as you want all your focus on the lift.
