Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That's the owner's next proposal or he's off!

Good riddance to him and you can only but pity Hull City supporters, for having to endure a twit like that.

Good old consistent FA, they let original Wimbledon up sticks and move to become the MK Dongs but object to a name change?

Are the FA in charge of football at all levels in England? If so, I wonder will they allow the rename of Salford, or is that ok because it's not a big bad businessman doing it?

You really haven't done any research into him and what he has done for the club and city.

    Erm, no.

The 'yes' answer clearly implies that if they do not vote yes the owners will leave the club, which all most likely lead to financial problems.

    .

He was plenty vocal about that in the media so it was hardly a surprise.

Salford 92? Is that as in "class of 92" ?

Great. There goes the clubs unique fact. They are no longer the only club in England where none of the letters that spell its name can be coloured in.

    End of an era.

At least that bit of trivia lives on.

    Yep

Salford 92 is a much, much worse name change than Hull Tigers. At least Hull's has some basis in the club's history - it's their nickname. Salford 92 is just pandering to the owner's egos.

That's what I was thinking too. Much worse than hull. Are they referring to themselves collectively as the class of 92 now? That would be very sad.
