Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Case held in Northern Ireland

    hello ,
i am wondering of anyone can shed some light on the following.

my ex partner and i dealt with a relocation case , the children moved from Northern Ireland to the south.
a court order was drawn up and agreed.

part of the order states that any further issues involving the children are to be dealt with in a court within Northern Ireland.
    this was by mutual consent.

a new development involves the grandparent in the north wanting access.
he has taken the mother to court as a respondent in a court in Southern Ireland,

any views on the procedure here? or

    any advice on the following.

i believe that the court cannot deal with any issues regarding contact as it states that such is held by the courts in Northern Ireland.
i intend to inform the acting solicitor on the case of this and provide a copy of the original court order.
i also intend to inform the court of same.

my views are also that any contact issues should be dealt with in Northern Ireland by either parent and papers served there.

    any help much appreciated.
