Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The Mater's Objection to Protection of Life During Pregnancy Act

    It would appear that the Mater is going to challenge the legality of being nominated as an institution to perform abortions in Protection of Life During Pregnancy Act.
    (see->http://www.irishtimes.com/news/health/mater-hospital-s-principled-position-on-abortion-defines-the-cultural-divide-1.1488471)

    I would imagine their legal challenge will be based on the right of freedom of religion.

    However, would I be right in assuming that this approach will fail on the basis a company/building/hospital cannot in itself be religious? (maybe it's trustees are but is that not irrelevant)

    I am aware companies have had their constitutional property rights protected but surely religion is a different matter?
