    Hi, I am looking to get a new wireless house alarm (3 bed semi) installed and there does seem to be a fair few systems out there. Anyone got any comments on good systems versus systems to avoid? Some of the names I have seen are Visonics, Agality, HKC, Aritech, Astech, and many more. Once I have a good brand, I can look for an installer. So, ones to recommend OR avoid???

    Astec is no more.
    +1 for Visonic.
    There are some good comparisons here between that and the HKC Quantum.
    Also take a look at the Visonic Powermaster.
