I withdraw my application!

The only reason I applied was I presumed I'd have a shot with the new system that was previously agreed upon.

Yes my ppg average is high due to a season in div 4 but I took over a team of 82 and 83 rated players. I have won the shield and currently 2nd in division 3.

There is managers here years that are yet to win a trophy. Cough cough lazio!!!

The old system rewards longevity rather than people who are currently active within the gameworld

I don't think anyone has actually objected to doing it the new way, just a few of us are surprised!

I reckon we go down the route of interviews. Applicants need to post a cv and cover letter for the specific job, then based on those we will have a vote, we love votes!!

Okay, I think there seems to be a lot of confusion between which system should be employed, and why the new system voted in has suddenly been employed with out warning which, I admit, was slightly (by which I mean entirely :pac:) my fault.

For this reason, I'm calling a snap vote on whether the new system should be implemented now, or at the start of next season. In other words, have I made a f**k up, or was I okay! :pac: :pac:

The deadline has passed now and the applicants are finalised. Had he applied within the 24 hours I would have allowed him to retake the position but he's had a full 24 hours to respond to my private message over on soccer manager and has failed to do so. I'm now taking his lack of a response as a permanent resignation from the AS Roma managerial role.

Been emotional at Udinese but time to move on! I've taken them as far as I can!

I've quit Udinese and attempted to apply for the Roma job but it seems a certain Seb Belgo Trappist is "managing" them! Sort it out mac!

I hope your not suggesting me in your context i was merely explaining the rules and i clearly said before in my previous post that he shouldn't get preferential treatment if an existing person wants them but if they don't then i don't care. I think some people should check if they are the ones wearing knickers.
