    what about going to Gremio in D3 and giving it a shot at getting them out of the relegation zone with 13 games to go? only 4 points off safety so it's not mission impossible more like mission doable.......

    Nah it's more the fact it's Celtic than anything, I'd rather stay as Basel if I didn't get this job, only a handful of clubs I'd apply for in this GM. I'll happily work away at Basel if I miss out on this.

    As I said only a handful of clubs that would peak my interest and CSKA isn't one of them. I've no real interest in just choosing a team with the strongest squad, I'd rather take over a club I like and work with what I've got. By choosing a club I like I feel more invested, where if I pick a club I'm not too pushed on I won't be too interested in it even if it has a superb squad.

    To be fair, I had to transform the squad with zero funds, wheeling and dealing. Its only starting to show stability and improvement now. Some decent results lately.
