    Just got this email (Picture attached) from (365_alerts@365online.com)

    i presume its a fake email?

    You are quite correct, Bank of Ireland do not send unsolicited email. This sounds like a Phishing email. 

    If you have clicked on it or given any account or personal information, please contact Banking 365 on 0818 365 365. 

    If you still have this email or should you ever receive another one of these emails, please forward it to 365security@boi.com.
