Internet Explorer problem

In an effort to fix my Internet Explorer browser I uninstalled it !! Now I am unable to download a new version or anything else. Is there anything I can do to reinstall it or do I have to bring it to an expert ? My desktop is Windows XP

You're clearly on another device, use that to download IE8 (best you can get with XP), here
http://www.microsoft.com/en-ie/download/internet-explorer-8-details.aspx
and transfer via USB key.

In the event you are posting from a phone, the above may be unpossible. Try a net cafe or a friends PC.

You maybe can get it via FTP, don't know about IE, but while you've lost IE, try Firefox
