insane mistake by bank advice needed

hi looking for advise my mum and I have the same name and for a time th3 same address it looks like she has been paying my credit card for the last 5 years. this has only come to light now as she was applying for a mortgage.. obviously the bank should reimburse her the money but where do I stand

Ha, but not only that, according to the OP, the NCA also think that the bank is liable. LOL

What makes this even more strange is that he mother just recently went through a nasty divorce where for sure this would have come out anyhow plus when the OP wanted to go for her mortgage years ago she did have over 7 K credit card debt (how can that be if the mother paid it regularly off).

I think this is nothing but a troll.

My bank cashed an unsigned cheque!!!!!
