    Even using the 2 second rule, that is recommended, there is very little chance an ordinary road bike and rider could react and stop from 70mph. And even if he did get stopped, the guy behind him becomes a lethal battering ram.

    The people that are sticking up for him obviously have no clue about what they are talking about to be honest. Maybe a bit anti biker. Who know. Just remember that these people are probably on the road with all us normal folk. Take extra care, Idiot drivers are everywhere.
    Thank god the court are a bit more savvy.

    Who was sticking up for the driver? There were some questions about the motorcyclist not keeping at a safe distance but who was suggesting that made what the driver did ok?
