Avantcard Problems

    The customer support with Avantcard is absolutely atocious. I have been on the phone today for nearly an hour trying to make a simple pament on my card.

    I was speaking to customer support and he has now put me to payments and the phone has been ringing for 5 minutes.

    Credit card companies should not be given a license unless they give an automated phone line to make payments. It should just take a few minutes.

    Unfortunately I am arrears and cannot move the account. I would recommend new customers to boycott this company.

    You know you can pay with your debit card online at avantcard.ie or use billbay.ie to pay the bill?
