Black/Grey Shading Covered with Purple

    Hi everybody,

    I have some Black/Grey Shading I don't like, Purple would fit the tattoo perfect as its a night time theme.. Could this be done...

    It's hard to know without seeing the tattoo - it'd depend on how dark it is. If it's too dark, the purple might not be noticeable.

    Thanks...The shading is fairly light more a grey than a black, mostly shading around a bright focal point

    It might work out well so - only a tattoo artist can take a look and confirm though :)

    I'm getting a coverup of a black tattoo at the moment and the artsits have been telling me that blue and blue toned colours are great for covering up black/grey, but to echo the others, it really depends on the particular tattoo.
