German Tours in Waterford

Hi Guys, my friend has some relatives coming over in the next couple of weeks and would like to take them on a tour in and around waterford (city or county) possibly with a german speaking guide and if possible a boat tour? Would anybody have any ideas or have heard anything similar that might be of interest?
