Double fire in College Court

    Apparently two separate houses were burnt out on college court within hours of each other this evening

    Both vacant houses

    Students with a grudge against a landlord? Accident? or the usual limerick suspects, or even Insurance fraud has to be one of them listed above.

    Out here now. The house is gutted.

    Uninvited guests ata house party, who got kicked out and went off, found an empty house and burnt it down. Usual crowd, not student's.

    very sad, an awful thing to happen. Imagine your waiting for the students to come back in order to rent your property and this happens. I hope they are insured for this.

    ergo the uninvited [scumbag] party crashers....most normal folk would go home but scumbags, there reaction is to burn a house down.
