    Is that a good idea?
I have made the jam in the past and it was good.

I am thinking of doing the jelly but can't find much about it.

I would have thought pectin wouldn't be a problem since the plant is a cross between blackcurrant and gooseberry but I don't know if there could be any problems regarding taste or manufacture.

Has anyone tried it before I take the plunge (or just make the jam again) ?

    What ,no one ? :p

The jam is fine . I can't remember now if I made the jelly (but why not? If you need to add a little pectin or apple jelly it should be fine)

Feck's sake, will you relax and give people time to answer the question?

    :pac:

You should have waited a scrap longer - thread anniversary's only a couple of weeks away...
