Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

False Allegations of Child Abuse against Catholic Church

I was alerted to this website and movement by a colleague. It's a site run by a monk (I think!) Anyway the main aim of the movement is to bring attention to false allegations of abuse made against members of the clergy. I can understand that but he talks about people like Christine Buckley vilifying the sisters of mercy yet her story was confirmed by other victims who served their time with her. The website here makes other claims against victims of abuse and I have to say for a christian the website owner is an in-compassionate baxtard.

I think this movement is wrong to say the least but I would be interested to know what everyone else thinks.

It could be true that some people smell compensation money from a mile away.

Say you got rode by a priest in the 70's, get a hefty payout. Sure it was 40 years ago, who says it aint so!

One of the religious forums would be better suited.
