Prices can vary just as much as the quality and often it is very difficult to get good quality topsoil. Often various mixes/blends and screened soil options are offered, but mostly these can be weed infested rubbish.

Expect to pay € 250.00 and more for top quality 18 ton load of topsoil.

Ideally know your supplier or know the source of the topsoil.
