Back button won't work?

    For the past couple weeks when using internet explorer the back button won't work. I hit it but it just stays on current page.

    Don't think i changed any settings, etc so not sure why it is happening. Perhaps something downloaded to laptop that i'm unaware about.

    Any ideas how i could sort this out?

    Start Internet Explorer without addons and see if the back button works

    Could be any number of things. Does the backspace key work?

    One thing you could try is to boot into safe mode with networking. It'll look like crap but this is normal. Then see if IE behaves itself.

    Obligatory get a better browser rabble rabble...
