Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So i had a little search for a similar thread and didn't come up with much so i thought maybe we could all share our beauty tips with each other?

When applying tan i always mix it with a little bit of moisturiser as it applies much smoother and also gives off a more natural tan which is perfect for the day time.

I also shave my legs using conditioner instead of shaving cream! Legs are sooo much smoother :)

So do you have any tips to share?

I use baby oil as a moisturiser on my legs to get rid of old fake tan.

Use a hydrating mask 3-4 nights in a row when skin is looking a bit dull.

Vitamin E & zinc are good skin supplements

Veet hair minimiser gives me longer out of a bixini wax if used daily. Can buy it cheaply in Dealz shops

Jadie do you scrub with the oil or how do you remove the old tan? I have the remnants of a spray tan and i am trying to get rid of it and just exfoliating isnt doing the trick completely.

Mix olive oil, lemon juice and sea salt.

The lemon juice bleach the tan, the olive oil prevents your skin drying out, it also softens the top layer making it easier for the salt to scrub away the tan. Swimming and sauna work great too.

To make your legs look longer and slimmer apply a highlighter down the front of your shin. This can be a dedicated highlighter or something simple like baby oil or a hair serum. Do the same on your collar bones too, it looks great at night.

I use a body scrub and soap and glory gloves in the shower and then apply a liberal amount of the baby oil afterwards, I find it sort of lifts of the tan. Usually do it two nights in a row. Sometimes I take a bath with babyoil in and that does the job too

If your skin is very dry or if you have big, red, angry looking sore spots - coconut oil is what you need.

I rub it between my hands and then spread over my face, leave on for a few hours and then with a SOFT cloth gently wipe away and then rinse your face with luke warm water. It leaves your skin so soft and moiturised and the spots will go down a lot as well (they did for me anyway).

I got a large jar in the Oriental Emporium in Abbey Street Dublin for about €3.

If you've stained nails from nail polish etc. Lemon/lime juice and sugar mixed together will take it off, rub it on the stained parts and then gently brush with a nail brush and it will remove all staining.

Can this be used after a hollywood or just a bikini wax? Google isn't proving much help.

I spose dunno though if I'd be putting it on the more intimate parts though
