Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,
As the title says I am looking to buy an american fridge freezer but am having difficulty choosing one so I was wondering if people could recommend theirs and say why they would or perhaps would not recommend theirs.

    Cheers
    shhling

if you have not purchased in the last week since your post what i would say to you is if the purse strings allow, have a look at the Fisher/Paykel unit

Thank you. Is there any particular reason as to why you would recommend this brand?

it is a good quality unit, the freezer section is underneath and slides out for easy access and not allowing much of a rise in temp. I think you should find the overall layout is pretty good

If you have an idea of what you would like to spend, it should be possible to give an idea. Like the previous poster, I am in the process of buying and we are looking at going for the Fisher & Paykel with the French doors and freezer at the bottom.
