That's Tony Clifton being chucked out, he is, or well was Andy Kaufman's alter ego who is now played (as far as I know) by Bob Zmuda, Kaufman's friend and comedy partner. That kind of stuff is exactly what he was famous for, just rising the ire of everyone in the audience, was probably a setup.
