Anyhow, I am thinking of letting a room in my house to a student in BAllyfermot College, or maybe Maynooth or Trinners. Very convenient to all.

The room will have a desk, baby fridge, microwave, kettle, TV, Broadband and plenty of storage, and a bed of course! Share bathroom, use of washing machine etc.

Can someone tell me if there is anything else I should add? Rent will be region 375 pm including all bills.
