Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Jesus be some brawls at that. Last time Wolfe tones played in athlone in rayners bar about 6 years ago it was an awful rough night. there is something that 3hours of that rebel music does to people to turn them into ferocious wild drunken animals.

    i was thinkin of going,but after cemetery Sunday i noticed a lot of "undesirables"around the town.i figured that a lot of them would have ended up in Hugh lynchs,so that was enough for me to decide that i wouldn't go

    Wasnt there as was at another festival but from reports on facebook it was a good weekend. But yea, the cemetary thing was shocking alright.

    its got bad when you can't go and remember the dead with out there being a heavy police presence,it most look shocking bad to any visitors to the town

    Town looks bad to any tourists out after 2am.
    There was a lot over for "The Gathering", i agree, not good at all.

    Was in at this on Saturday night, band was crap. Ended up in the bridge house but there was a good crowd out for it. Impossible to get served at the outdoor bar so we just headed to the bar upstairs.

    Ruaile Buaile were there on Friday night, they're unreal live
