    Well sorry for bothering people, but I have am heading up to dublin tomorrow and cannot for the life of me find the central bank office at Spencer Dock. could someone give me some directions, it would be much appreciated, thank you.

    It's directly behind the National Convention Centre. Parking and layout of the roads around it are contained here: http://www.theccd.ie/media/TheCCDCarParkRouteMap1.PDF.

    Edited to add: Just in case it's not clear, it's on Mayor Street Upper, opposite the ramp down to the Convention Centre car park.
