Weekend 50inch TV hire

    We are having a family do in a few weeks time, with marquee in the garden. Problem is its the same day as the Dublin Kerry game. Is there anywhere I can rent a TV, aerial + cable in the Athlone area to erect in the marquee for the day?

    Anyone done similar before?

    A TV that size would have to be rented on the basis that it was delivered and setup by the renting company i.e. they wouldn't trust the customer to do it so it would require two men and a van to deliver and they would have to come back the next day to take it away.

    That would ramp up the price to above what most private individuals would be prepared to pay plus you'd have have to pay VAT on the rental so these days large screen TV rental just doesn't happen outside the corporate sector.

    Projector and screen rental could that work or would it be too bright ?
