Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Problem with iPhone email

I keep getting connection too server failed on my iPhone when I open my email was working fine at 5:30 then if stopped at 6.. I don't know why and I didn't change any settings. Has any one come across this before?

First port of call is doing a hard shutdown - Holding the Home button and off button simultaneously. If the issue persists, do a fresh connection to your email client in Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars > Add Account, etc.

It could be the server on the other end? What mailer do you use? Gmail, etc..

It was a double account.. hotmail and mail... Sorted its self at some point tho!
