x1.5 Red Dot / scope

Hi , Does any one know if there are any low magnification x1.5 , x1.4 red dots ,reflex or scopes available. (relatively cheap) I was looking for something I could use with both eyes open ( without eye strain) while running around and then have just that little bit of zoom for a longer shot. Thanks
