Forecast to become a tropical storm later today. (There is also an Invest approaching the Gulf of Mexico that has a 70% of developing into a tropical cyclone within the next 48 hours.)

Yep, we have Tropical Storm Erin now.

The other Invest isn't looking as good, dropped down to 50%.

Erin is now forecast is become a depression and head out to the fishes. The storms have been finding it tough to get going so far this season.
