Just as ye launched the playlist I was heading back to get my Blista from the impound. Brought it back to my garage, then the madness began. Drove into the garage and when I got out of the car there was some machinery spawned in my garage. It was like the bottom of one of the massive cranes you find in the dockland area. My character was trapped under this machine and couldn't move around at all. I smelt a hacker at work so quickly switched session. Spawned into my garage and the same contraption was spawned blocking me from doing anything. Set the spawn location to my other garage and switched session - same thing. I threw my hat at it and went to bed at this stage. I really hope when I go online later today this crap isn't still in my garages. Feckin' hackers :mad:

Did it eventually go away? I found the only way to get going was to kill myself in the garage - respawn outside the garage, then get the mechanic to deliver a car to me. Yep Sheehy, the place has gone nuts with hackers over the last week or so. Every day there's some new "feature" to deal with. Mostly in freemode, I've only encountered these clowns in 2 races so far. One guy (LVL300+) thought it would be hilarious to spawn asteroids and flying saucers in my path during a race. He left after one race and there wasn't a UFO to be seen anywhere after that. Very annoying, and kinda worrying when this crap freezes your PS3 entirely. Man that's so crap, whatever about gameplay at the moment but it means devs now working on fixes for this instead of releasing heists (heists are still a thing right ). The Last of Us has me hooked all over again, gonna wait till these glitches are fixed up before venturing back into LS.

Luckily I stopped playing GTA a couple of months ago. It's a right pain in the arse when a game you play a lot suffers from hacking in almost every session/lobby.

I used to play an unhealthy amount of Modern Warfare 2 back in the day until the same thing happened. Lads killing everyone on the map with one shot into the air, invincibility, flying around the map, it was just unplayable for such a long time that I never really bothered with it again.

I'm glad I got bored of this before it happened.

I've actually been playing MW 2 in the last few weeks. no modding or glitching at all (Fcuk load of camping though). World at War is terrible though.

Strangely I've seen nothing on GTA. It might be because I'm on xbox and a lot of players here are PS3.

We should get a gang of us and do a jet meet up.

Probably easier to do a vehicle (jet) deathmatch so we'd spawn back in jets straight away.
EDIT: Not sure if we can make our own vehicle deathmatches yet.

At least then you could take a chance in the more risky maneuvers, flying under bridges etc.

We could try to fly through Zancudo tunnel in a row.
I managed to do it once although I clipped the jet a few times & was smokey as hell.

But I can make a normal deathmatch with jets parked to hop into and I'll put the respawn points beside the jets.
I'll also put down some Golf clubs and Baseball bats as pick ups in case nobody has them yet.

Thats a rockstar made one, It would be better to use of there is only 4 of us online.
I wonder did rockstar make one with more than 4 players min?

My one will do if we have a gang of us that wants to mess about going thru bridges etc.

Dark blue dots are the jets and the light blue is the spawn points, kept it simple.

If so, what's the hourly rate for rp/cash...

I've been doing potshot instead and I'm getting 270,000 cash/ 27,000 rp an hour (roughly)

Is rooftop rumble definitely better?

It's €18500 I think & 3750RP. I dunno how much it is an hour because someone always seems to F it up which means restarting it. Even then, yer man ends up out in Blaine county so you've to go out there. And you can't put it in a playlist so there's the loading times aswell.

Right just did some rough maths, for it to be more profitable than potshot it would have to take under 4 minutes 40 seconds. I don't think I've actually ever done that mission but from what you describe, it sounds far from. Plus if you can't put it in a playlist it definitely doesn't sound worth it.

Drive a car up to a bridge, block half of it, kill 3 people, take a van that crashes into your car, drive that to Trevor's, and all in under 2 minutes 45 seconds! That gives 10,500 cash and 1050 RP. I made a playlist to easily replay it over and over too.

I don't know if it's a glitch or something but when u don't cross the bridge and instead wait for the van to come to you, you don't get chased by anyone which makes it a lot easier.

Also, it's very easy to do solo so you don't have to rely on strangers effing it up.

I'm not usually one for grinding but at the moment this seems to be easier than glitching

Potshot is an easy one alright. I have a x16 playlist of it myself. There's even the bonus of killing the bad guys that continuously reapawn for RP if you don't do it solo while the van us being driven to Trevor's by another player. Win win

Could do a run of RR to see how it pans out time wise and getting it done properly (without failing) each time. Can't fail at potshot really

Yeah, I think it may be any of the MG's but it definitely works by just killing someone with the Gusenberg sweeper.
I dunno if they patched it yet or not.

I'd say at this stage a lot of people have it without even realising it. :pac:

You really need 2 players for RR. When you have all the guys inside the garage nearly killed have one player move to the end of the ally with a car. Kill the feds that pull up but don't blow up the car.
The fed with the package should appear and if your quick/lucky you can kill him before he drives off.
Grab the package and deliver it but make sure the other player stays at the garage. There will be a few more feds to blast!

When the first player delivers the package exit to free mode then the second player can launch it again and because they stayed at the garage you wont have to drive to it!!:cool:

Its not as profitable doing it since the patch and its very easy to destroy the car with the package. I often destroyed it with the auto pistol :rolleyes: but could empty a clip from the heavy machine gun into a car in free mode and it would still drive!

Coveted is also a good mission for cash even with the patch. 18k for maybe 5-6 mins if there is a few playing it..
