Hi Just wondering how much it would cost to convert an attic in a 3 bed semi to a bedroom. My father in law is a builder so himself and my husband could do the labour for free Thanks

if your father in law is a builder, he should use the above leaflet in order to put an approximate price on the job.

Its impossible to put any kind of an approximate figure on it from the detail provided.
