Being charged for something I didnt sign up to

    Hi,

    I spotted something on my visa debit statements labelled "SOE" for the value of 12.99
    I thought I saw it before, so i went back through the statements and saw I was charged it every month since January this year.

    After tracking it down online it seems to be a Sony Online Europe premium subscription - something Ive never signed up to, or used.

    I contacted sony themselves and after a while they came told me they have a zero refund policy and that if it was fraudulent I have to go to my card provider and ask them to refund me the money.

    Ive never had to do this before, so what do I do? I feel so annoyed that I've been robbed for the last 8 months! Grrr!

    The first thing to do, would be to call your Bank of Ireland branch who can take a look at the transaction and let you how to proceed next.
