Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It was reported recently that a state owned bank had "incorrectly" told the irish credit bureau that people hadn't repaid loans when they had.

I'm not affected, but wouldn't this be defamation?
Is company A telling company B some statement publication?

    Quite possibly.
Is company A telling company B some statement publication?
Generally yes. Some communications would be privileged, e.g. company A telling their solicitors or an relevant authority.
