Looking at going to South America for 2 weeks in November, I have looked at intrepid to compare, and Grand Am seem to have better price, dates and more suitable trip in general, but don't want to book until I'm certain about them! They seem reputable but USIT won't…

Any experience with them good or bad from anyone?
