New Visa Debit Card?

    had a visa debit card cancelled and a new one reissued last Friday how do i check to see if it is currently on it's way? how long should it take i.e. will i be card less until Monday?

    Can i still make a withdrawal from a BOI branch without a card? If so what do i need to have with me to do so?

    Thanks for posting.

    It takes 5 - 6 working days a Visa Debit card to arrive.

    While you are waiting for your new card, you can visit a branch with photo Id to withdraw.

    Please note that some branches have cashless days where no cash is available in branch. 

    A full list of branches can be found here

    When you select a branch, towards the botom left of the page, there is an option 'Branch Services Update'. If the branch has cashless days, it will note it here.

    Would a student card be a valid form of ID?
