Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi If I just concentrate on running - I'm an okay runner - but can look too skinny.
So to gain muscle I included swimming and weights in my weekly workout. I usually swim 3 times+, run 2 or 3 times & weights 3 times a week. How do the 3 of these workouts combine? I was thinking of dropping the weights & just do the swim + run(as really I don't have time for all 3) Or would I be better off dropping the running? Or should I just concentrate on the running which I'm pretty good at & enjoy it & not worry about being skinny ?

If you don't care about the physique you have when you just run, and you enjoy running, then just continue with your running.

If you want to bulk up a bit, then more weights, less running.

If all your worried about is looking too skinny then just eat more food to fuel your running instead of burning fat and muscle.
