    I viewed a house in townparks in skerries yesterday looked nice but I have a couple of questions for anyone out there in townparks? And would appreciate honest answers...not estate agent answers:-)

    Are the houses warm or do they need extra insulation (it's the carport ones)

    I there any dampness problems in the houses or any other issues?

    Has anyone converted their attic?

    Any advice on the area of townparks
